Trusted Contact Statuses

Each Trusted Contact is assigned a status that reflects their current role within your legacy plan. Understanding these statuses can help you determine whether your future releases are properly protected and ready to function as intended. Not Sent The contact has been added to your account, but no verification invitation has been sent yet. Pending An invitation has been sent, but the contact has not yet completed verification. Waiting Period The contact has verified their participation and is currently within the 30-day waiting period. During this time, they cannot yet participate in passing confirmations. Authority Active The contact has completed verification and the waiting period has ended. They are now eligible to participate in confirmation requirements according to your settings. Declined The contact declined the invitation and is no longer participating in your legacy plan. Expired The verification invitation expired before the contact completed the verification process. A new invitation may be required. Removed The contact has been removed from your Trusted Contacts list and no longer participates in your legacy plan. For the strongest protection, it is recommended that you maintain enough Authority Active contacts to satisfy your chosen confirmation requirements.
