My QR Code Is Not Working

Aftir QR codes are designed to provide direct access to memorial pages using a simple scan. Test the QR code Open your phone camera and scan the QR code. The code should immediately open the associated memorial page. Verify the memorial exists If the memorial has been archived, deleted, or made inaccessible, the QR code may no longer reach the intended page. Download a fresh copy If the QR image has become damaged, blurry, or resized incorrectly, generate and download a new QR code from the QR Code tab in the editor. Check printed materials When printing a QR code: • Avoid stretching the image. • Maintain high print quality. • Leave white space around the code. • Test the code before placing it on printed materials. View scan analytics QR scan counts and activity can be viewed within your memorial analytics dashboard.
