Editing, Cancelling, and Deleting Future Messages

Future Messages remain under your control until they have been released. You can edit message content, update recipients, change delivery schedules, or cancel a message at any time before delivery. Editing a Message To edit an existing message: 1. Open My Legacy Builder. 2. Select Future Messages. 3. Choose the message you want to modify. 4. Make your changes. 5. Save the message. You can update the title, recipient information, subject line, message content, and delivery settings. Cancelling a Message If you no longer want a message to be delivered, you can change its status to Cancelled. Cancelled messages remain in your account but are removed from future delivery schedules. Deleting a Message Messages that are no longer needed can be permanently deleted. Deleting a message removes it from your account and it cannot be recovered. Released Messages Once a message has been delivered, it becomes part of your legacy record and can no longer be edited, cancelled, or deleted. For this reason, it is important to review your messages carefully before scheduling them for delivery.
