Understanding Aftir Pricing and Billing Aftir offers two different types of upgrades: Memorial Upgrades and My Legacy plans. Each uses a different billing model. Memorial Upgrades Memorial upgrades are a one-time purchase. Once a memorial is upgraded to Premium, the upgrade remains active without any recurring subscription fees. Premium memorial features include: * Custom backgrounds * Banner images * Memorial themes * Photo galleries * Custom memorial sections * Premium analytics * Increased media limits You only pay once for the memorial upgrade. Full Memorial Premium Access Users who manage multiple memorials may choose to upgrade all memorials on their account. This is also a one-time purchase and provides Premium access for both current and future memorials associated with the account. My Legacy Plans My Legacy plans use yearly subscription billing. These plans provide access to personal legacy-building features and services that remain active postmortem. Depending on your plan, features may include: * Life story preservation * Trusted contacts * Future messages * Video releases * Time capsules * Social legacy features My Legacy Subscription Status My Legacy plans are billed annually and provide access to legacy-building tools and features while the subscription is active. If a My Legacy subscription is not renewed, the legacy page and its content will remain available. Photos, videos, stories, and other content that has already been added will continue to be preserved, displayed. and delivered. However, new content cannot be added and existing content cannot be edited while the subscription is inactive. This allows your legacy to remain accessible even if the subscription is no longer being paid, while active subscriptions continue to provide access to editing and creation tools. Need Help?
