Archiving, Restoring, or Deleting a Memorial

Aftir does not immediately delete active memorials. To delete a memorial, you must first archive it. This helps prevent accidental permanent deletion. To archive a memorial: 1. Go to Editor. 2. Click edit on the memorial you wish to archive. 3. Go to Page Settings. 4. Select Archive Memorial. 5. Confirm your choice. Archived memorials are removed from active memorial areas but are not permanently deleted. From your archived memorials, you can choose to: • Restore the memorial • Permanently delete the memorial Restoring a memorial returns it to your active memorials. Permanently deleting a memorial removes it from Aftir and cannot be undone.
